The Coney Island Rally
CORNER OF CONEY ISLAND AVENUE AND NEWKIRK AVENUE

Directions:
Take "Q" to Newkirk Avenue and exit on "Coney Island and Newkirk" - you'll see and hear us as soon as you exit!

This is a very important rally as it is being held in the Coney Island Avenue neighborhood where over 100 men have been detained.  This is the largest concentration of INS abuses and arbitrary detentions in the city.  We need your voices to show that we are TIRED!  we are ANGRY!!  And we will NOT BE SILENCED!

Speakers include:  Almara Habibi of the Arab American Family Support Center, progressive rabbis, members of the Taxi Workers' Alliance, Bobby Khan, former detainees and activists, etc.

We will be marching throught the heart of the Pakistani neighborhood and culminate with a round of speakers and sloganeering - DON'T MISS THIS IMPORTANT OPPORTUNITY TO SHOW YOUR SOLIDARITY WITH THE VICTIMS OF THE US SIEGE ON THE MUSLIM COMMUNITY!
