desiliscious rapper quite new to the hip-hop scene

Aileen
Cho and Rich Kiamco - Members of Peeling
wiill showcase their fabulous selves and talk about the upcoming Café
Peeling - 3rd Tuesdays. Peeling is a pan-Asian, community-based
performing arts collective. Their mission is to use the performing arts
as a vehicle for Asian Americans to explore their individual stories, community
building, leadership, producing & directing skills, and social activism
through creative workshops, trainings, staged productions, readings, and
related activities. Autobiography is their common departure
point into the realities of race, gender, class, ethnicity, religion, age,
sexuality, and similar politics facing Asian Americans today.

accompany our various artists.

This
incredible 16 year old Palestinian-American performance artist from Brooklyn
will heat up the room with her fiery words.

monthly Tunefulness musical segment with Anjali

inspiring musical theatre and cabaret talent from the Windy City will close
the evening with her beautiful voice sharing some favorite songs.
