SALAAM!
along with a list of other local endorsers invites you to
WAR WITHOUT END?
NOT IN OUR NAME!
MARCH AND PLEDGE OF RESISTANCE

Gather for music, poetry and stories of repression and resistance, including South Asian detainees and those who will speak first-hand about the effects of the U.S. Government's war on the world. Clergy from different faiths, activists and others will say why they are taking the Pledge. The event will culminate in a mass taking of the Not in Our Name Pledge.

On Thursday, June 6, people in different cities across the country will commit themselves to resisting the horrors the U.S. government is inflicting on millions around the world and here at home supposedly for "our" benefit and in "our" name.  On that day in NYC we at SALAAM! urge you to join with thousands nationwide to take the Pledge of Resistance.
